CANCELLATION POLICY

• Overnighters are required to give at least 24 hour notice of cancellation or change of reservations.
• Weekly reservations are required to give 48 hours notice of cancellations or change.
• Monthly reservations are required to give 7 days notice prior to arrival to change or cancel reservations.

If cancellations occur after these time limits the guest is subject to a 1 night charge.

CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT AND RE-REGISTRATION
Check-out time is 11 a.m. If you wish to remain another night, please re-register before 10 a.m. Late check-outs by permission only. Awning stakes by permission only.

VISITORS
Must be registered with office. Only registered guests are permitted to use the facilities.

CHILDREN
No children in any building without adult supervision. Children must also be accompanied by an adult while fishing or being near the pond.

FIRES
Please use only charcoal in B.B.Q.’s. Open fires are not permitted in the park. No fireworks or firearms.

GARBAGE
Please place trash in receptacles as indicated by the
symbol.

LAUNDRY AND SHOWERS
Please leave the rooms as you would like to find them. We take pride in our cleanliness. If anything requires attention, let us know at the office. All buildings are closed from 10 p.m. to 12 midnight for cleaning.

MOTORCYCLES
Motorcycles, mini-bikes and dirt bikes are permitted as transportation in and out of park only.

PARKING
Fire code prohibits on street parking, DO NOT PARK ON VACANT RV SPACES. Do not park on the grass. Please do not hang over the ends of the pads.

PATIO AND RV SITE CLEANLINESS
Please do not store items under or around your vehicle. Outside appliances are not permitted. We ask that you do not use clotheslines and you leave the space as neat and clean as you found it. No rugs, pallets or carpets are allowed ON THE GRASS. NO VEHICLE FLUID CHANGES OR MECHANICAL REPAIRS DONE IN THE PARK!

PETS – 40 LB. WEIGHT LIMIT
Pets are one of our major concerns. Uncontrolled they detract from the enjoyment of the park by everyone. Quiets pets, under control and on a leash at all times are welcome. Please walk your pets outside the park or across the street in the vacant lot. Clean up “accidents” immediately. Please do no tie pets to trees or bushes or leave pets unattended around your vehicle at any time. No pet pens, cages or kennels are permitted.

SKATEBOARDS & ROLLERBLADES
Unfortunately, skateboards just don’t mix well with large vehicles. We request that our young guests look elsewhere for an appropriate site.

SEWER CONNECTIONS
Sewer and sink waste water connections must be airtight. Please cap all unconnected outlets. Sewer connectors are available in the Grocery Store.

SPEED LIMIT
Please observe the 10 mph speed limit. We want to assure everyone’s safety. BE AWARE OF CHILDREN PLAYING.

CAUTION!
The rocks in and around the waterfalls may be very slippery and unstable.  Please do not walk or climb on them.
